NO ONE CAN CREATE RELIGION

Taking lesson from the upsurge throughout the Arab world and from  neighbourhood Countries, we should regenerate within ourselves the true concept of religion.

I refuse to accept the dictum of that religion which creates suspicion between different peoples; the religion that says Christ belongs only to the Christians, Mohammed to the Muslims and Krishna to the Hindus and so-on. I refuse the religions that have imprisoned the universal message of the Prophets in the ridiculously confined space of odious sectarianism! Why can’t we follow our own “inner religion”?

The direction in which one addresses the Almighty is less important than his deep desire to love ‘Him’. If love is our master, once we have reached our destination, He will tell us in the language of spirit, what to do. No one can create religion; We only conceptualize it as per our own learning and leaning towards it. Be we Christian, Jew, Muslim or Hindu, we all are derived from the TRUTH and to that Truth we must return.

  “Allah is invincible in each body;
  Understand this in your heart
  He dwells equally in Hindu and the Turk.”
                                    - Kabir

Jesus never denied the acts of Moses and nor did Mohammed to those of Christ or of Abraham? “Quran” is firm on this point – ‘the incarnations are united in their submission of a single and same God and thus transcend the phenomenon of religion. They have all treated the same theme using different parables. That which was destined for ‘Love’ has fallen prey to hatred and division.

   “Abraham was not a Jew, nor
   Yet a Christian;
   But he was true in faith, and
   His will to God’s.”
            - Surah Al-i-Imran (v.67)

Ignorance, lack of sincerity towards oneself and subjective interpretations distort the reality of a massage. Consequently, transposing a religious law into the different context of another era, together with a lack of discrimination, inevitably lead to fanaticism. FANATICISM IS ANTY-GOD BEHAVIOUR. It encourages the judgement of others,intolerance, violence towards others, as well as the desire to lay claim to God and to one's religion by birth.

The "Quran" tends towards justice, unity and Truth :

Say ye: "We believe in God, and the revelation given to us,
and to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and
that given to Moses and Jesus and that given to all Prophets
from their Lord, we make no difference between one and
another of them, and we bow to God."
                                                                   - Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) : v136

    1. Thanks a lot, Babar. In reality there are no intricacies of religion; Our conditioning and concept makes it complicated. Purity of life and it's purpose puts us into the realm of true religion. Love you.
